The Nar-Anon Family Group is primarily for those who know or have known a feeling of desperation concerning the addiction problem of someone very near them.
This site functions as the communication hub for members and group representatives. The center of the site is the forum, where members communicate with each other through an online discussion board.
The people who come to the site looking for a meeting are met by a meetings database containing all the relevant information for each meeting within the Nar-Anon Family Group's world-wide reach.
The meetings database is of course behind the scenes, and the user need only click on the country, state, or county in which they live, and the meetings in that area are displayed.
